Scheduling a project is simply and easy! First, request a quote and Sam will schedule a time to meet you and to learn about the project. After reviewing and approving the estimate, a 50% deposit is required to schedule. Scheduling occurs once the deposit is paid. Deposits are refundable in accordance with our cancellation policy. 

Yes! Sam is a General Contractor licensed, bonded, and insured in accordance with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industry requirements. Sam's contractor license number is  SAMSOSP765BD.
