Scheduling a project is simply and easy! First, request a quote and Sam will schedule a time to meet you and to learn about the project. After reviewing and approving the estimate, a deposit is requested and the project scheduled. Deposits are refundable in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Yes! Sam is a licensed in renovating, repairing, and painting homes with lead paint. Sam is professionally trained to safety complete projects where lead paint is present to minimize disturbance of any lead that is present to ensure your safety and the safety of the environment. Sam's Lead Renovator license # is R-I-9060WA-24-0206 and the firm's license is R25-0152 with the Department of Commerce.
